This Ancient practice is so helpful now too to keep a healthy body&mind for ourselves and Empowering the Next Generation. I’m keen to spread this to Teens and Young adults too, to show them that external instant gratification is not so important, but self love and self care. Your body is an absolute miracle, it can self heal, but give it the right environment too like fresh air, organic foods, hugs, movement, play sing, chant.
