Hello Yoga Family, I am an Ashtanga, Power Yoga Baptiste Style, Yoga for Athletes instructor with over a decade teaching experience. I love sharing this holistic life style based on the 8 limbs yoga with my community. When you Flow on the inside You’ll Glow on the outside. It’s about living a healthy life style where Yoga poses, meditation, eating healthy seasonal foods and Self Care Through Yoga is a way to connect you to your true essence of pure joy, Love, balance. This Ancient practice is so helpful now too to keep a healthy body&mind for ourselves and Empowering the Next Generation. I’m keen to spread this to Teens and Young adults too, to show them that external instant gratification is not so important, but self love and self care. Your body is an absolute miracle, it can self heal, but give it the right environment too like fresh air, organic foods, hugs, movement, play sing, chant.
