HIT YOGA!
Please join me in the medicine garden today for HIT Yoga! HIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and our session today will combine 20 minutes of HIT with 40 minutes of Hot Power Yoga. This 60 minute workout packs a fantastic fitness punch giving you all the benefits of cardiovascular training, fat burning, strength building, flexibility and increased lung capacity. So join us today in the Medicine Garden... the sun is on its way once the fog clears so soak up some vitamin D in the sunshine while getting the most comprehensive workout available!
