I have just had a fabulous weekend at Lumi Yoga attending a Baron Baptiste Art of Assisting course. The course is the first official Baptiste Yoga course in Europe! It was a fabulous experience and I had a wonderful time learning new ways to support and enhance your practice.
I look forward to using my new skills in the dome! So be sure to come along soon!
