Celebrity Yogi's ... Miley Cyrus

As much bad press as Miley Cyrus gets for everything from her clothing to her antics on stage we have to give the girl some credit for having the wisdom to practice Yoga.  I think Miley is an example of a person who is pilloried by the press and the real person behind the persecution and satire remains a mystery.  

it is a lovely contrast to the nasty rumors that seem to plague her to see photos of her practicing Yoga on the beach.  These photos teach us a lesson, not to judge a book by its cover... particularly the cover portrayed by a rabid paparazzi willing to twist and warp anything in order to sell more scandal...

Yoga teaches us about the power of love, compassion, kindness and joy....Namaste Miley... well done for proving all the haters wrong.
