Congratulations we are almost half way through the 31 Day Yoga Challenge! I hope you are finding that the benefits of daily yoga are kicking in now that you have reached two full weeks of practice. My intention is to find a full 30 minutes today to really focus on my Sun Salutation A and B and work on my Warrior sequence. I would love to know how you are doing.
