Day 20 of the Yoga Challenge!

Good Morning and welcome to the solar eclipse! Today is supposed to be a full solar eclipse so hopefully we will get a glimpse at some point when the clouds clear to see it.  I hope you will be joining me in the medicine Garden this morning for Hot Power Yoga at 9.30.  Yesterday HIT Yoga was fantastic and we had a great class with wonderful energy.  I loved this picture and thought this might inspire you to introduce your partner or your children to yoga!
