The Magic of Meditation...

What do the people in these photos all have in common?  They all meditate in one form or another and they find that it enhances their life experience. Meditation is the ultimate goal of Yoga.  Yoga prepares the body to enable the mind to meditate.  In our busy lives we manage to fit in so many activities and rush from work to school to supermarket to children's events all in the course of one frantic 24 hour period.  Is it possible to fit in anything else into our already over flowing lives? 

The magic of meditation as reported by those who practice it regularly is that it opens up space and time throughout the rest of the day.  If this sounds a little new age the results are anything but wishy washy.  According to seasoned meditators, the benefits of practicing meditation far exceed the time taken to meditate.  People report an increased sense of possibility and opportunity in their lives, a sense that they have time and space in which to do all they need without a sense of stress or pressure.  And this is genuine magic... taking time to meditate will give you more time, space, relaxation and enjoyment of life.  

It is very much a win/win opportunity.  If you have not tried it... why not start today... we could all use a little magic in our lives.
