Who would have guessed that Andy Murray is a Hot Power Yoga Fanatic?  We might even go so far as to say that his professional rise in the world tennis rankings may be in part due to his incorporating Hot Power Yoga into his rigorous training schedule.  

Hot Power Yoga can offer so many benefits to athletes providing improved balance and flexibility, increased core strength, injury prevention and breath awareness and control.  

So if your partner/ husband/ ball and chain and / or better half is a keen golfer, tennis player, runner, footballer, cyclist... basically any type of sportsman... Yoga can offer many benefits to improve sporting performance.  

And if Andy is doing it... it's definitely macho enough for any man Lol... So bring your man to the dome over the summer for some sports rehabilitation...  See you in the dome!
