Why do you practice Yoga?

It is easy to go about our daily lives on autopilot going through the motions.  But every day we have the opportunity to reinvent ourselves and make different choices to improve our own life and the lives of our loved ones.  

What is it you are avoiding?  Writing that book you always wanted to start? Reconciling with an estranged friend? Training for a new career? Clearing out the clutter from your house and your mind?  When we practice yoga we create a new state of being in our body and mind. 
Use your practice to its full potential pushing your boundaries both mentally and physically. Surprise yourself with how much more you can accomplish by stilling the mind and focusing on the breath and the moment.

 Apply the success in your practice to your life.    Yoga is a philosophy of life, ancient principles designed to teach us to make the most of every moment of our lives.  Use the power you create in your practice to transform and inspire your life.
