Dear Yogi's, I am promoting the Africa Yoga Project which is the brainchild of Baron Baptiste my yoga mentor who I trained with in the United States. He has founded a project to train Yoga teachers in Africa to spread the benefits of Yoga throughout the African continent. This year, twenty-nine (that’s right, twenty-nine ) African scholars were chosen for their enthusiasm, ability to influence change, and leadership as the next generation of Africa Yoga Project Leaders!
