Yoga for Stress Relief



Yoga is so healthy for our bodies and minds in so many ways.  Yoga is so much more than just physically rejuvenating.  It offers us the chance to clear our minds and bodies of physical and mental toxins.  Negative thoughts can be far more dangerous to our physical health than the odd cake or glass of wine.  And yet almost all our energy when we exercise goes into physical renewal rather than mental and spiritual rejuvenation.  Yoga offers the opportunity to cure the whole self, body, mind and soul.  So next time you practice yoga remember to focus on the breath and focusing on being in the moment fully aware and alive in your body.
