Day 28 of the Yoga Challenge! Creating a healthy digestive system...

Focusing on detoxing the body is so healthy.  I wanted to share with you the idea of nurturing the good bacteria in your gut in order to support effective digestion.  We all have bacteria in our gut.  The trick is to nurture the good stuff and get rid of the bad.  Eating live yogurt with good bacteria such as lactobacillus acidophilus can help the body digest food, produces vitamins and resist infection.  So when you do your shop pick up a pot of live yogurt add a bit of fresh fruit and a dash of honey and pamper your tummy and your taste buds!
