Day 3 of the Yoga Challenge

I'm feeling great on my third day of the yoga challenge.  The sunshine is a wonderful inspiration reminding me to stay in the moment and appreciate the little things in life. Yoga is my way of returning to what is really important in life. I restore perspective and love the feeling of energy and clarity every time I work it out on my mat.  I would like to know how you are getting on with your yoga practice and I look forward to seeing you in class at the Medicine Garden tomorrow.  Please let me know how you have been doing with your practice.  This week we are focusing on hip opening and heart opening postures.
