Day 5 of the Yoga Challenge!

Day 5 of the Yoga Challenge! 

Good Morning I hope you are waking up feeling well rested and ready to go after four days of yoga.  Have you been noticing the difference in your body and mind from daily yoga practice?  I read somewhere that it takes 21 days to form a new habit.  So we have only 17 days till daily yoga practice becomes like second nature.  I am feeling the benefits already and hope you are too.  I would love to hear from you about your experience with daily practice. Do you find mornings or evenings the best time of day for you?  Are you able to practice more than once a day?  Are you getting support from your loved ones?  

If you have to skip a day it doesn't matter just get right back to it as soon as you can.  The good news is that you cannot fail because the act of trying is the goal. I can't wait to see you in the dome on this beautiful sunny morning!
