Bedtime practice ... guaranteed to bring on a deep and peaceful nights sleep




Good Evening! I wanted to share my evening practice with you. I was feeling tired but having made the decision to do an evening practice it was much easier not to have to think about it just to get on my mat and begin.  From the moment I started I felt better and better. I am all ready for a deep and peaceful sleep.  I wish you a lovely restful night.
