Bedtime Blog





Good Evening... just finished a quick evening yoga practice.  Sometimes it is when I feel least like taking out my mat that I feel the most benefit from my practice.  Working through the wall of discomfort and mental resistance is a great way to flip your mindset from negative to positive.  I hope you are benefiting from the many blessings yoga brings to your life.  I wish you a peaceful practice and a sound sleep.
