Day 2 of the daily Yoga Challenge!

Happy Monday my Yogi's!

I am loving the second day of our Yoga Challenge... I love the benefits of daily yoga practice.  I am aiming to do 5 minutes before bedtime tonight in order to relax my body, calm my mind and sleep more deeply... How is your daily yoga practice going?  I hope you are enjoying this beautiful sunny day and all the benefits your yoga practice provides.
