The Benefits of HIT Yoga for Teenagers

Join us for HIT Yoga in the medicine garden at 9.15 tomorrow.  There are many benefits for Teens.  HIT Yoga is very intensive cardio-vascular training combined with hot power yoga.  If your Teen is studying for exams an intensive hour can be just the way to recharge their study batteries.  Whatever challenges your Teen is facing HIT Yoga can provide a wonderful release from stress.  Hope to see and your Teen in the dome tomorrow.
