Deepen your Breath.... one of the many benefits of Holistic Yoga

When was the last time you were aware of your breathing during a busy day...?  Most of us go about our business without being conscious of our breath.

I recommend trying a Holistic Yoga class which is a great opportunity to slow your breathing down and let go of stress and anxiety.  Holistic Yoga is designed to allow you to focus on breathing and go deeper into postures increasing flexibility and body awareness.

Please join me in the Medicine Garden from 11 am to 12 pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a great hour of focused breathing, gentle yoga and meditation.
