Start your day with a digestive cleanse.... Hot water, lemon, ginger, a sprig of mint and a drop of honey.... Delicious!

   A Detoxing Morning Ritual that
       smells and tastes great!  

Jump start your digestive system with a morning cleanse which will eliminate any toxins that may have remained in your system over night.  By starting the day with this refreshing and cleansing recipe you will invigorate your system and enable it to better absorb the nutrients from the foods you go on to consume throughout the day.  

Recipe
One cup hot / warm water
1 Lemon
1 piece of ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 sprig of fresh mint

Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the hot water, stir in a teaspoon of honey, grate a teaspoon of ginger into the tea and place a sprig of fresh mint in your cup... stir and enjoy....

Helpful hint.... chewing fresh mint and ginger is a great way to freshen your breath and wake up your taste buds!
