Dry Brush Technique

Start from your feet or hands and brush upwards towards the heart. The reason for this is that you want to brush in the direction that the lymph is flowing to assist in flushing out the lymph system. I recommend brushing at least ten times per limb / area.  

Choosing a Brush

Brushes come in different shapes and bristle stiffness so be sure to test the brush on your arm to be sure you are comfortable with it.  

When to Dry Brush

The recommended time is usually before a shower in order to wash the skin you have exfoliated off the body and also to moisturize the skin after the shower.
